- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and sliced mushrooms to the mixture. Stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
This pasta bake can be prepared ahead and baked just before serving. Pair it with a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
