Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cooked and shredded Can use rotisserie chicken for convenience
  • 240 g cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature before mixing
  • 120 ml buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for more or less heat
  • 240 g shredded cheddar cheese Use sharp cheddar for extra flavor
  • 60 ml ranch dressing Use homemade or store-bought
  • 60 g green onions, chopped Adds freshness to the filling
  • 1 packet refrigerated crescent roll dough Ensure the dough is cold for easier handling
  • 1 tsp Salt Season to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Season to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions. Mix well.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough around the filling and place it on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

These chicken bombs are perfect for game day or parties. Serve them hot with extra ranch or buffalo sauce on the side.
