Ingredients
  

Brownie Mix
  • 1 box brownie mix *Amount will vary based on your particular brownie mix.
  • 1 g eggs See brownie mix instructions for amount.
  • 1 ml canola oil See brownie mix instructions for amount.
  • 1 ml water See brownie mix instructions for amount.
Cheesecake
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 g egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 g sprinkles Optional, for decoration.

Method
 

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Prepare your brownie mix according to the package directions. Add the prepared brownie batter to your lightly greased baking pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture to the top of your brownie batter. Use a wooden skewer or toothpick to swirl the cream cheese mixture into the batter.
  5. Bake according to the package directions, adding an extra 4-5 minutes to compensate for the cream cheese layer.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from the pan. Top with sprinkles for added color and fun.

Notes

For an extra festive look, use heart-shaped cookie cutters if you don't have a heart-shaped pan.
