  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard adds tangy flavor
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional, for garnish
  • 1 tsp Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet

Method

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Separate crescent dough into triangles. Add cooked beef, cheddar, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard near the wide end.
  3. Roll each triangle toward the point and gently seal the edges.
  4. Place on the baking sheet, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake 12–15 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
  5. Cool for a few minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm with ketchup for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overfill the crescent dough—less filling helps keep the bites sealed while baking. Serve with extra ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
