- In a shallow dish, combine the Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken and coat evenly.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Dijon mustard, heavy cream, and honey. Cook and stir until the sauce is smooth and slightly thickened.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chicken with the mustard cream sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the Cajun seasoning. Serve the chicken with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a green salad.
