- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Prepare the breading by setting up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
- Shape the chicken mixture into sticks. Dip each stick first into the flour, then into the eggs, and finally into the panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the sticks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more buffalo sauce or sprinkle some chili flakes before serving. Perfect for game nights or as a party appetizer.
