Method
 

  1. Spray the muffin pans very well with nonstick spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, adding an extra egg to the mixture.
  3. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pans.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
  5. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans using the tip of a butter knife.
