Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix and flour. Add the eggs and vegetable oil, stirring until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
