- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add rice and cook until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix together cooked rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, shredded chicken, melted butter, milk, chopped onion, and broccoli pieces.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake. It also freezes well for later use.
