Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Fold in sour cream, then gently mix in dry ingredients.
- Stir in blueberries and peaches.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.
Notes
This bread is perfect for breakfast or as a dessert. You can substitute the peaches with nectarines if desired.
