- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared cake pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then spread over the cake batter. Sprinkle the blueberries on top.
- For the crumb topping, mix the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the blueberries.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
