Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle.
- Place a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with lemon zest.
- Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
These rolls are best served warm. Feel free to experiment with different berries or add a touch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
