Ingredients
  

Rolls
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 170 g cream cheese, softened
  • 50 g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 180 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • to taste Powdered sugar, for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto each crescent triangle.
  5. Place a few blueberries on top of the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with lemon zest.
  6. Roll up each crescent, starting from the wide end, and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

These rolls are best served warm. Feel free to experiment with different berries or add a touch of cinnamon for extra flavor.
