- Preheat the oven to 425℉. Place the butter in a 9×13-inch baking dish and put it in the oven to melt. Remove once melted.
- In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick, 7-Up, and sour cream. The dough will be sticky.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Add a little more baking mix if necessary, and roll or pat the dough into a 1-inch thick circle.
- Cut out circles using a round cutter or any similar object. Place the biscuits in the dish with the melted butter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the biscuits to rest briefly to soak up the melted butter before serving.
Notes
These biscuits are best served warm and can be paired with honey or jam for a sweet touch. For a savory twist, consider adding herbs to the dough.
