  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Adds tanginess to the coleslaw.
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper To taste.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Use whole wheat for more fiber.

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.

  4. Top with coleslaw mixture, cilantro, avocado slices, and cheese if using.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly and serve.
