Salmon Fillet
  • 450 g salmon fillet
  • 30 g butter
  • 120 ml heavy cream
  • 1 ml lemon juiced
  • 15 g chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat, then add heavy cream, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir until combined.
  4. Pour the sauce over the salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal. Garnish with extra parsley for a fresh touch.
