Ingredients

Crescent Dough
  • 1 can Pillsbury Crescent Original dough Unroll before use
  • 8 slices deli ham Fold before placing
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese Cut into triangles
  • 30 g melted butter Brush on top
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning Sprinkle generously
  • 50 g shredded Swiss cheese Optional, for extra cheesiness

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper
  • Fork

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place folded ham and a triangle of Swiss cheese in the center of each dough triangle. Add a little shredded cheese if desired.
  4. Put the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Press and crimp the edges firmly with a fork to seal.
  5. Arrange the pockets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and generously sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  6. Bake for 12–16 minutes, or until puffed and deeply golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Cut one open to enjoy the warm, melted Swiss cheese and ham inside.

Notes

Don't overfill the crescent dough—keeping the ham and cheese toward the center makes the pockets easier to seal and helps prevent the cheese from leaking out while baking.
