Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces small boneless skinless chicken breasts about 150–170 g each
Bacon
  • 8 slices bacon thin or regular cut
Spices and Seasonings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Cheese
  • 0.5 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Add garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat.
  5. Press the grated Parmesan evenly onto all sides of each chicken breast.
  6. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping and tucking the ends underneath.
  7. Place the wrapped chicken seam-side down in the baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  9. Switch the oven to broil (grill) for 2–3 minutes at the end to crisp the bacon.
  10. Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired.

Notes

Ensure bacon is crispy by broiling for a few minutes if needed. Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
