Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Place the chicken breasts in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and salt. Toss well to coat.
- Press the grated Parmesan evenly onto all sides of each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, slightly overlapping and tucking the ends underneath.
- Place the wrapped chicken seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Switch the oven to broil (grill) for 2–3 minutes at the end to crisp the bacon.
- Let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
Ensure bacon is crispy by broiling for a few minutes if needed. Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
