Ingredients

Zucchini Chips
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis. Slice them into thin rounds (about 1/8 inch thick) using a sharp knife or mandoline.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t overlap. You may need to work in batches.
  5. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Repeat with remaining zucchini slices if needed.

Notes

For extra crispiness, after slicing the zucchini, sprinkle them with salt and let them sit for 5-10 minutes to draw out moisture before proceeding with the recipe.
