- In a bowl, combine the water chestnuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well to coat.
- Sprinkle the cornstarch over the mixture and toss until the water chestnuts are evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place the coated water chestnuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chopped green onions before serving. These make a great snack or appetizer and are best enjoyed fresh.
