Ingredients
  

Water Chestnuts
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained and rinsed 8 oz
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino ginger powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the water chestnuts, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Mix well to coat.
  2. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the mixture and toss until the water chestnuts are evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the coated water chestnuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of chopped green onions before serving. These make a great snack or appetizer and are best enjoyed fresh.
