Ulluco
  • 450 g ulluco peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the cubed ulluco with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned ulluco in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until crispy and tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, add an additional minute or two to the cooking time, checking frequently to avoid overcooking. Serve with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
