Ingredients
  

Air Fryer Turnips
  • 454 g turnips, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino fresh rosemary or 0.5 cucchiaino dried rosemary optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the turnip cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the turnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the turnips are golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, you can increase the cooking time by a couple of minutes, checking for doneness frequently. Serve alongside your favorite main dish or enjoy as a healthy snack.
