- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the turnip cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Toss until evenly coated.
- Place the turnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd; work in batches if necessary.
- Air fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the turnips are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
