- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
- Add turkey wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
- Arrange the seasoned turkey wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook at 380°F for 20 minutes, then flip the wings and cook for an additional 20 minutes until the skin is crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with cooking spray halfway through the cooking time. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad.
