Ingredients
  

Tigernuts
  • 240 g tigernuts (raw, unpeeled)
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino sea salt (or to taste)
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika (optional)

Method
 

  1. Rinse the tigernuts under cold water and drain them well.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the tigernuts with olive oil, sea salt, and paprika (if using) until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned tigernuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking, until they are golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crunch, soak the tigernuts in water for 8 hours before draining and air frying. Serve as a snack or with dips for added flavor.
