- Check for doneness; if you prefer extra crispiness, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Notes
For even crispier fries, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and seasoning. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce for extra flavor.
