Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the snapper fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the snapper fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve garnished with lemon slices.
Notes
For extra crispiness, consider adding a light sprinkle of breadcrumbs on top of the fillets before cooking. Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
