Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Crescent Roll Dough
  • 120 ml Pesto Sauce
  • 120 g Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 60 g Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 0.5 cucchiaino Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 cucchiaino Black Pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper on top of the pesto.
  5. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the point, forming a spiral shape.
  6. Place the rolled snails in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  7. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  8. Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the tops of the snails with olive oil before air frying. These make a great snack or appetizer for a small gathering.
