Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on each triangle, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mozzarella cheese, 1 teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper on top of the pesto.
- Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the point, forming a spiral shape.
- Place the rolled snails in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, brush the tops of the snails with olive oil before air frying. These make a great snack or appetizer for a small gathering.
