Ingredients
  

Air Fryer Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 libbra fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/2 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaio soy sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shiitake mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. If using, drizzle the soy sauce over the mushrooms and toss again.
  4. Place the mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs like parsley or chives before serving.
