Ingredients
  

Sea Beans
  • 8 oz sea beans also known as salicornia
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1/2 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1/4 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1/4 cucchiaino sea salt adjust to taste
  • 1/2 lemon for squeezing

Method
 

  1. Rinse the sea beans under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sea beans, olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Place the seasoned sea beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crispness.
  6. Once done, remove from the air fryer and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the sea beans before serving.

Notes

Sea beans are naturally salty, so be cautious with additional salt. They make a great snack or side dish for any meal.
