Ingredients
  

Sea Bass Fillets
  • 2 fillets sea bass fillets about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino dried oregano
  • 1 cucchiaino lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the sea bass fillets dry with paper towels. Brush both sides of the fillets with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin-side down.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F, then check for doneness. The fish should be opaque and flake easily with a fork. If needed, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For an extra crispy skin, you can air fry the fillets skin-side up for the last 2 minutes.
