Ingredients
  

Scallops
  • 1 pound sea scallops, patted dry
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges (for serving)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the scallops with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
  4. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the scallops over and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

Make sure scallops are thoroughly dried before seasoning for the best sear. Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
