Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the scallops with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the scallops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not touch.
- Cook for 4 minutes, then flip the scallops over and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
Make sure scallops are thoroughly dried before seasoning for the best sear. Serve with a side salad or crusty bread for a complete meal.
