Ingredients
  

Salmon Fillets
  • 2 fillets salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 pezzo lemon cut into wedges, for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasonings evenly over the fillets.
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket, skin-side down, ensuring they are not touching.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the olive oil and spices for 15-30 minutes before cooking. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables or a fresh salad.
