  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the dried reishi mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes.
  3. Place the coated reishi mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once done, let the mushrooms cool slightly before serving.
