Radishes
  • 1 pound radishes, halved or quartered depending on size
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine halved or quartered radishes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned radishes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until radishes are tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, and serve.
