- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and thyme.
- Add the rabbit wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
- Arrange the rabbit wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook the rabbit wings at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, check that the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F. Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray the wings lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or a side of fresh vegetables for a complete meal.
