Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops (1-inch thick)
  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino dried thyme
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of each chop with olive oil, then evenly coat with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  5. Cook at 400°F for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through (at the 6-minute mark).
  6. Check for doneness; the internal temperature should reach 145°F. If needed, cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in the olive oil and spice mixture for 30 minutes prior to cooking.
