- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the partridges dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the partridges, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the partridges in the air fryer basket, breast side down.
- Cook at 375°F for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, flip the partridges breast side up and cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can spray the partridges lightly with cooking spray before cooking. Serve with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
