Ingredients
  

Palm Hearts
  • 400 g palm hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 10 g fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained palm hearts, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned palm hearts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until they are golden and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving. This dish is great as an appetizer or a side dish.
