- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, toss the sliced okra with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
- Place the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.)
- Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra crunch, you can sprinkle the okra with cornmeal before air frying. Serve hot as a snack or a side dish.
