Ingredients
  

Okra
  • 454 g fresh okra, trimmed and sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 15 ml olive oil
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.5 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino smoked paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sliced okra with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until evenly coated.
  3. Place the okra in a single layer in the air fryer basket. (You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.)
  4. Air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once done, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra crunch, you can sprinkle the okra with cornmeal before air frying. Serve hot as a snack or a side dish.
