  • 450 g oca washed and trimmed
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika or your preferred seasoning
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the washed oca with olive oil, salt, paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned oca in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  5. Check for doneness; if needed, cook for an additional 5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding minced garlic or fresh herbs to the oil before tossing with the oca.
