  • 450 g fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), cleaned and sliced
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  4. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once cooked, remove the mushrooms and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
