Ingredients
  

Maitake Mushrooms
  • 227 g maitake mushrooms cleaned and separated into smaller florets
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 0.25 cucchiaino smoked paprika optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the maitake mushrooms, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until the mushrooms are evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned maitake mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding for even cooking.
  4. Air fry at 375°F for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Check for desired crispiness; if needed, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Notes

For extra crispiness, lightly spray the mushrooms with cooking spray before air frying. These mushrooms make a great side dish for any meal.
