Ingredients
  

Mahi Mahi Fillets
  • 2 fillets Mahi Mahi fillets 6 oz each
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino paprika
  • 1/2 cucchiaino salt
  • 1/4 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaio fresh lemon juice
  • 1 wedge Lemon wedges for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.
  5. Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
  6. Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

To ensure even cooking, try to use fillets of similar thickness. You can also pair this dish with a side salad or some steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
