- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Pat the Mahi Mahi fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Brush the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the Mahi Mahi fillets.
- Place the seasoned fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overlapping.
- Cook at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
To ensure even cooking, try to use fillets of similar thickness. You can also pair this dish with a side salad or some steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
