Ingredients
  

Lobster Filling
  • 240 g cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 30 ml mayonnaise
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 g chopped fresh chives
  • 1 cucchiaino salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly
  • 2 pieces hot dog buns
  • 15 ml unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 leaves lettuce leaves for serving Optional

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Brush the outside of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
  4. Place the buns in the air fryer basket and cook for 2 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove the buns from the air fryer, fill each with the lobster mixture, and return them to the air fryer for an additional 3 minutes to warm the filling.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally on a bed of lettuce.

Notes

For added flavor, try toasting the buns with a sprinkle of garlic powder before air frying.
