Ingredients
  

Lamb Kebabs
  • 450 g lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino ground cumin
  • 1 cucchiaino ground coriander
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino onion powder
  • 1 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 15 ml fresh lemon juice
  • 1 g red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 g onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 unit Skewers (metal or soaked wooden)

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the lamb cubes, olive oil, cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Toss to coat the lamb evenly.
  2. Thread the marinated lamb on the skewers, alternating with pieces of red bell pepper and onion.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded. You may need to cook in batches.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping the skewers halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning in the air fryer.
