Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 4 g lamb chops about 1-inch thick
  • 2 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 2 spicchio garlic, minced
  • 1 cucchiaino fresh rosemary, chopped or ½ teaspoon dried
  • 1 cucchiaino fresh thyme, chopped or ½ teaspoon dried
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Rub the marinade evenly over both sides of the lamb chops. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  4. Place the marinated lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Cook the lamb chops in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even cooking.
  6. After cooking, remove the lamb chops and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice over the lamb chops just before serving.
