Ingredients
  

Kohlrabi
  • 2 medium kohlrabi, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cucchiai olive oil
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder
  • 1 cucchiaino smoked paprika
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.25 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaio fresh parsley for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the kohlrabi cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned kohlrabi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking. Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the kohlrabi are golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

For extra crispiness, spray a light coat of cooking spray on the kohlrabi halfway through the cooking process. This dish pairs well with a variety of main courses.
