- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the kohlrabi cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Place the seasoned kohlrabi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, shake the basket to ensure even cooking. Continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until the kohlrabi are golden brown and tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a minute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
Notes
For extra crispiness, spray a light coat of cooking spray on the kohlrabi halfway through the cooking process. This dish pairs well with a variety of main courses.
