Chicken Tenders
  • 1 lb chicken tenders
Honey Butter Garlic Glaze
  • 60 ml honey
  • 30 g unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
Coating
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs panko or regular

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken tender into the honey butter mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
