- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the halibut fillets dry with paper towels, then brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each fillet.
- Place the halibut fillets in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Cook the halibut at 400°F for 10-12 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Carefully remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the halibut in the seasoning mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
