- Pat the duck wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, toss the duck wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and onion powder until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the duck wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd; cook in batches if necessary.
- Cook the duck wings at 400°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Once cooked, let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, increase the air fryer temperature to 425°F for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
