Ingredients
  

Daikon Radish
  • 1 g medium daikon radish (about 1 lb), peeled and cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 1 cucchiaio olive oil
  • 0.5 cucchiaino salt
  • 0.5 cucchiaino black pepper
  • 1 cucchiaino garlic powder optional
  • 1 cucchiaino soy sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the daikon slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
  3. Place the seasoned daikon slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 minutes.
  5. After 10 minutes, shake the basket or flip the slices for even cooking, then continue to air fry for an additional 5 minutes, or until they are golden and tender.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and drizzle with soy sauce (if using) before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving. You can adjust the seasoning to your taste.
